DESCRIPTION
Located on 17 acres of open rolling meadow along the beautiful Mad River, the Seasons Resort combines four season outdoor activity and restfulness. Outdoor pool and two tennis courts are located on-site as well as direct access to the river for great fishing, and a cold dip from the private beach. The welcome center lounge and meeting area has a wood stove, comfortable seating area great for reading the newspaper or mingling after skiing, color TV for catching the news or weather reports, and tables to play cards or board games. There is a shared hot tub on the front deck just outside the lounge, and a game room with pool table and fitness area below. Laundry facilities are on site.
ACCOMMODATIONS
The 1 Bedroom/1 Bath Units sleep up to 4 persons and are fully equipped with all the amenities which help to make your vacation comfortable and enjoyable: Color cable TV, DVD / VCR, private balcony or patio, mini-kitchen with microwave, 24" under counter refrig., 20" stove / oven. The bedroom has a queen bed, living room has a queen sleeper sofa.
AREA ACTIVITIES
Canoes and kayaks can be rented locally, or you can join one of the many scheduled trips down one of three nearby rivers for three seasons. Five major golf courses are within 25 miles for Summer and Fall seasons. For Winter Season, Skiing at Sugarbush Resort is only 2 miles away.
The Warren Store having deli, baked goods and boutique items is within 1/2 mile. Also in the Warren Village is the post office, and a very fine dining restaurant. The Seasons Resort provides the perfect getaway for those looking to escape to the mountains.
Cancellations:
● Cancellations made more than 20 days prior to arrival are fully refundable, minus administrative fee posted below.
● Cancellations made less than 20 days prior to arrival can be applied to a replacement booking in any Stahl Vacations resort within one year of original booking date, based on prevailing rates, minus administrative fee posted below.
10% administrative fee shall be charged for all cancellations shown above.
● The entire rental shall be forfeited for cancellations made less than 48 hours from 4:00 PM check-in of scheduled arrival date, for whatever reason, unless another guest assumes the rental, then the 10% administrative fee shall apply.
