Taxes & Fees:
* For rentals of less than 30 days add 13% for State, County and Resort Recreation taxes.
* For Holiday Rentals add 10%.
All Rentals of less than 30 days now include free cleaning!!!
Policies
● No smoking indoors at any time.
* Pets are allowed - Pet charge is $20 per night for the first 6 nights = $120 plus tax. From there on, no additional charge up to 30 days. On a monthly basis add $120 per month, without tax.
● All prices subject to change based on
season and occupancy.
● All rentals are subject to availability until booking is
confirmed.
● For rentals less than 30 days deposit is equal to half of the total for your stay plus tax. Balance is due no later than one month prior to arrival. Please review your rental documents upon receipt of your confirmation & welcome letter.
* For all rentals above 30 days the rent is due and payable in advance, on the anniversary of each additional month. Also, a deposit for the cleaning charge and electricity (heat and lights) shall be left on deposit with Stahl Vacations. Damages beyond ordinary wear and tear shall come out of the deposit on hand, and the unapplied portion of the electric deposit shall be returned within 15 days of the lease expiration.
● Holidays include President's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th,
Christmas, and New Years.
Cancellations:
● Cancellations made more than 20 days prior to arrival are fully refundable, minus administrative fee posted below.
● Cancellations made less than 20 days prior to arrival can be applied to a replacement booking in any Stahl Vacations resort within one year of original booking date, based on prevailing rates, minus administrative fee posted below.
10% administrative fee shall be charged for all cancellations shown above.
● The entire rental shall be forfeited for cancellations made less than 48 hours from 4:00 PM check-in of scheduled arrival date, for whatever reason, unless another guest assumes the rental, then the 10% administrative fee shall apply.
